UP-3A MOLECULAR SIEVE FOR INSULATING GLASS
Characteristics
UP-3A molecular sieve for insulating glass is an alkali aluminosilicate. Being filled into the aluminum bar in the production process,the molecular sieve can absorb the H2O inside the insulating glass to guarantee the light permeance. UP-3A molecular sieve is provided with even grain, flinty and smooth surface and higher strength. It can effectively absorb water and gaseous sulfide. In the filling process, it is of good flowing function and produces no powder. UP-3A molecular sieve for insulating glass can still rebirth and be afresh used by ventilating or extracting air under the rebirth temperature of 180-350℃ with a rebirth time of 3-4 hours.
UP-3A accords with the PRC national standard GB10504-89。
Insulating glass unites made of UP3A accords with GB/T11944-2002 of《Insulating Glass》.
Main Application:
UP-3A is to be used as the desiccant of the insulating glass unit.

Storage
Placed in dry, ventilated and cool environment with sealed package. UP-3A molecular sieve for insulating glass has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
